What is Lily's Secret?
We're a UAE maker of bespoke, hand-poured candles. Each one hides a secret personal message at the bottom of the glass, revealed only as the flame burns down.
How does the secret message work?
You choose a fragrance and write your message. We hand-set it at the bottom of the glass before the final pour, so it stays hidden in the wax and is revealed as the candle burns down.
How do I place an order?
Use the 'Create Your Candle' builder, then tap 'Send my order' or 'Order on WhatsApp'. No payment is taken online — we confirm every bespoke order with you personally.
Can I return or change a candle?
As each candle is personalised, it can't be returned once production begins. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect we'll put it right — see our Returns page.
Where are the candles made, and do you deliver?
Every candle is handmade to order in the UAE. We deliver across the UAE.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
